Terms and Conditions for Heroes Academy

1. Admission Policy

  • Admission is based on merit following a competitive entrance examination.
  • Heroes Academy is open to all, regardless of race, color, or location.
  • The school reserves the right to revoke admission in case of non-compliance with rules or failure to meet academic standards.

2. School Fees

  • School fees must be fully paid by the second week of each term.
  • A non-refundable deposit of N5,000 is required at the time of admission. Failure to pay the full fees on time may result in penalties or suspension.

3. Uniform and Appearance

  • Uniforms, sportswear, and cardigans must be purchased from the school.
  • Girls are required to have their hair plaited or cut as per school guidelines. No weave-ons or attachments are allowed.
  • Boys and girls must maintain neat appearances; inappropriate dressing or alterations to the uniform are prohibited.

4. Behavior and Conduct

  • Students must adhere to all school rules, including attendance, punctuality, and moral conduct.
  • Acts of indiscipline, such as sexual harassment, bullying, or cheating during exams, are strictly prohibited and will lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.
  • Students are not allowed to engage in pre-marital sex or inappropriate relationships within the school premises.

5. Use of School Property

  • School property, including furniture and equipment, must be handled with care.
  • Students are responsible for replacing any school property they damage.

6. Academic Performance

  • Students are expected to maintain a minimum attendance of 90% each term and complete all assigned homework and projects.
  • Failure to meet academic requirements may result in repeating the term or expulsion.

7. Examination Rules

  • Unauthorized communication or cheating during examinations will result in strict penalties.
  • Students must stop writing when the examination time is over, and no student should possess examination materials beforehand.

8. Health and Safety

  • Students must provide a medical certificate of fitness at the beginning of each academic session.
  • The school maintains strict rules on cleanliness, health, and sanitation, and students must adhere to these.
